Anger Management

When you get Angry, a demon possesses you.  You lose IQ points.  You go into Cave-man / Cave-woman mentality.
Take deep breaths.  Think of your family or loved ones.  Think of Jesus or Buddha. 

Defensive Driving and Road Rage

If I'm being tail gated, I move over.  If I can't move over readily, I slow down until they pass.  If they don't pass, I pull over the side of the road. 

If someone is screaming at me in public, for whatever reason.  I try not to look at them.  I walk away.  If I'm in a train car, I'll go to another trolley car. 

Have pictures of your family or loved ones in your wallet and/or cell phone.

Meditate for 30 minutes every day.  Calm the mind.  Slow down your thoughts.  Humans were not meant to be fast paced, type A Personality, all the time.  At the end of the day, I find a quiet place and kneel on an exercise mat.  Sometimes I put a cushion on my hamstrings.
