Healthy Food and Exercises

It's going to take a lot of effort to reach your goals. Many of you won't want to hear that. How long did it take for you to become unhealthy?

 - When I was a child, I ate a lot of candies and sodas. I also ate peanut butter and jelly and macaroni and cheese. Fried Chicken and Chinese foods were my absolute favorites.

Want to Eliminate Night Time eating / snacking?
1) Floss your teeth
2) Brush your teeth
3)  Mouth wash
I'm less likely to eat after my dental care for the evening.
Hence, less calories consumed and a reduction in my body fat.
