It's going to take a lot of effort to reach your goals. Many of you won't want to hear that.
How long did it take for you to become unhealthy?
- When I was a child, I ate a lot of candies and sodas.
I also ate peanut butter and jelly and macaroni and cheese. Fried Chicken and Chinese foods were my absolute favorites.
- In my late 30s, I realized that I had been eating too much red meats and animal fats.
I started eating more vegetables and reap the benefits of substantially more energy levels.

1) Floss your teeth
2) Brush your teeth
3) Mouth wash
I'm less likely to eat after my dental care for the evening.
Hence, less calories consumed and a reduction in my body fat.
