40 lb Loss


I use to have Pre Diabetes . .

I use to have Pre Diabetes . .




I use to be 168 lb & 38” Waist @ 5’7”.

And now . .


Now I’m 136 lb & 34” Waist! I’m super happy I lost 32 lb & 4” off the Waist Line!  

Being a Professional Fitness Trainer and following a specialized diet helped tremendously.

Diabetes is incurable?  Looks like I cured it!
My doctor failed to mention I improved my Blood Sugars/Glucose.


Good Bye Diabetes!  You will not capture my Soul!
I Plan to lose a lil more Fat & gain a lil more muscle. 
I do Yoga & Low Resistance Training.

                 4 hr Eating Window
eg: Eating only from 3 pm - 7 pm.

Eating after 6 pm increases the likelihood of storing what you eat as Fat.
